Ibragim Rakhimjanov is a Visiting Senior Teacher of Informatics at UCA's School of Arts and Sciences. Before joining UCA, he worked at the Aga Khan Health Service in Khorog, Tajikistan as an Assistant System Administrator. He also worked as an IT System Administrator at the Aga Khan Development Network in Dushanbe.
Rakhimjanov holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications in Kazakhstan, and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Khorog State University in Tajikistan. He was also granted the gSmart Erasmus Mundus scholarship, and completed a master's degree in Engineering and IT, covering Spatial Information Management and Geoinformatics, at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Villach (Austria).
