Aichurok Mekisheva is a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager at the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT) at the University of Central Asia. In this role, she supports the quality of teaching and learning by ensuring systematic course feedback, preparing detailed reports, and conducting regular Moodle checks. She also creates and maintains up-to-date and accessible academic resources and course catalogues, supervises CTLT interns and oversees data management, operational coordination, and financial processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of CTLT and the achievement of institutional objectives.
Before joining UCA, Aichurok held roles as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Credit Administrator in the Corporate Department at KICB, an online English Language Instructor, and a Reggio school teacher in Bali, Indonesia.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Central Asia and a Master’s degree in Global Economy and Business from the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (Italy). Aichurok also completed an exchange semester in Data-Driven Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing and Analytics at NOVA Information Management School (Portugal).
