Summary:

The Conceptual Index for Teachers is based on the anthology "Women in Central Asia: Role, Status, Images and Challenges in a Changing World" and is designed to adapt it for the educational process. It reflects pedagogical methods and approaches for conducting classes on various topics presented in the anthology. The guide was developed by the Aga Khan Humanities Project (AKHP) in collaboration with partners from Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. It includes additional sections on academic writing and an innovative cross-debate format (CDF), serving as pedagogical tools for developing student competencies and assessing their knowledge. The Conceptual Index has been tested in three countries and is intended for university and high school instructors.
