UCA's School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPCE) and Institute of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA) recently hosted a graduation ceremony to honour 80 government employees who successfully completed a comprehensive ICT training programme in Naryn. Distinguished guests representing the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, Naryn Oblast Administration, Naryn Mayor's Office, and UCA senior leadership graced the occasion.

This initiative, aimed at upskilling civil servants, falls under the broader project “Digital CASA - Kyrgyz Republic”, implemented by UCA in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development.

The project's objectives include expanding internet access, attracting ICT investments, enhancing digital government services, and promoting digital technologies to boost employment and service quality while creating a favourable environment for investors.
