The MoU was signed by Professor Christopher Gerry, Rector of UCA, and Almaz Chanachev, Head of the EPAM Office in Kyrgyzstan.

“We are pleased to partner with UCA and see this as the beginning of a strong and productive collaboration that will create new opportunities for students and the broader IT community.” – said Almaz Chanachev at the MoU signing ceremony.

The agreement aims to foster cooperation between the two organisations through the development of joint initiatives aimed at enhancing educational programmes, promoting innovation, and providing students with valuable real-world experience.

“This collaboration aligns with UCA’s mission to bridge education and industry, providing students with the skills and experiences needed to succeed in today’s digital world.” – underlined Professor Christopher Gerry.

This partnership will focus on joint initiatives such as seminars, mentorship opportunities for students and faculty, and hands-on projects aligned with the latest technological trends.

This collaboration is a key part of UCA’s mission to equip students with the skills required to thrive in the global IT sector while contributing to the technological development of Central Asia. Both UCA and EPAM are committed to creating lasting, impactful opportunities for students, faculty, and the wider technology community.
